How to Use:

1. Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, massage, then rinse.
   
   
2. Conditioner: Apply to mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 2–3 minutes, then rinse.
   
   
3. Hair Mask: Use 1–2 times a week after shampooing. Apply to mid-lengths and ends, leave for 5–10 minutes, then rinse.

Shipping Fees & Timeframes

• Greater Cairo (e.g., Cairo, Giza): 70 EGP — Delivered in 1–2 business days

• Other Governorates: Shipping costs vary up to 115 EGP depending on location — Delivered in 3–7 business days

Product Availability

• Only products that are in stock can be ordered. We do not accept backorders.

Order Acceptance

• You may accept or reject the entire order upon delivery. Partial order acceptance is not allowed.

Order Inspection

• As our products are primarily cosmetics packaged in sealed containers (bottles, jars, etc.), inspection is limited.

• In Greater Cairo, you may briefly check your order in the presence of the courier and return it immediately if unsatisfied (shipping fees apply).

• For other areas, inspection in the presence of the courier is not available.

Return & Refund

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
  

Return Fees

• Return shipping fees are the same as delivery fees and depend on the location:

  • Greater Cairo (e.g., Cairo, Giza): 70 EGP

  • Other Governorates: Vary up to 115 EGP depending on location

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Partial Returns

• If you’ve accepted the full order, you may still request a partial return later by contacting us via email or the Contact Us form.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at purchase (including online payments).

• In cases where the original method is not available, we may arrange an alternative refund method (e.g., InstaPay or other options).
